He's basically reaping the advantage of being White and going to a country of color. But it's more than that. In Africa there is the blatant and obvious racist offense of looking down on a Black person and laughing at him because history has been there and done that. The Africans aren't going to take shit from Whites. And the African Americans in America know this so they don't care about what Whites say and commit all sorts of aggressively disordered behavior in their country. So basically in my opinion Africa has been treated by Whites like an expendable used condom and Asia is the next stop.

How does one go about justifying going from a first world nation to a second world nation or a third world nation to set up a residency and long term livelihood? What kind of a dumb excuse is "It's more quiet, I like the calm atmosphere." On the other hand people are expected to flock to countries where the economic situation has been historically much better. It's like climbing a social ladder of progress by simply switching to another country where expectations and standards of economic achievement are higher.
So Chinese can go to America but Americans should go to Singapore etc. etc.
