Because you'd think people wouldn't serve it if it wasn't very popular but why is it still a thing?
An example for Chinese is spring rolls. Most Chinese would respond with "it's ok, not my favourite" so why is it still a thing then?
Note that I do like spring rolls actually. I like the crispy skin and the inside is yummy. But I'm not a worshipper of the spring roll, it's not my religion.
