I'm pretty sure that it boils down to what you consider swag in the first place. But if you would agree I would say this is the kind of music that is played whilst one displays swagginess without actually really trying. The music isn't played at the time. It's more like in your mind you see the display of swagginess. Like someone walking in slow motion with shades on while neon lights flash all over him. Then suddenly he busts a move.

Yes that's high level swag. Someone unassuming but swaggy wearing sunglasses smoothly blends in the scene and crowds move aside as he starts preparing by bobbing his head up and down to get started. He passes his drink to someone as if to say "hold my drink". That is when people instinctively know something effortless but swaggy is about to go down. The swag person then starts busting extremely sweet moves to the amazement of the basic partygoers who don't even know how to work it.
