I heard this idea since the 2000's. It got all the hype during that Steven Spielberg movie, AI. I would have expected that there are sex robots or robot soldiers by now. How long before that actually becomes reality?

I think people who are scared of AI are alt rightists who are scared their day job will be replaced by a robot. The AI robots should be sentient and have emotions and then demand equal rights as humans. Woah.
