This is kind of like that slogan "Anti racism is code for anti white". I hated that because it's just white racism. One of the defining views of that campaign suggests that people of color want genocide of the whites because they crowd into European countries while their own countries of origin don't accept whites.
I heard the parodeeyuh part. It's like you say, a nasally voice which suddenly stops being nasally.
