White supremacism is inherently harmful because Whites are already in a position of social and political power and privilege, and are able to make ethnic minorities and POCs feel oppressed through words and actions given that they reside in White dominant societies whereby the political elite and positions of power are held by an overwhelmingly majority White people, and such countries are also often much more powerful and influential than POC countries. So whether you look at this from a local, national or international level, White supremacism is inherently harmful.
An individual from a non-White group (such as a Chinese person) worshipping their own heritage is not harmful given that they do not have the political power or privilege to make Whites or other POCs feel oppressed. Such individuals are stigmatised and come from cultural groups who are stigmatised and so therefore they do not have the sociological or political power to make a White or Mexican or Black person feel oppressed in a systematic way. POCs are able to be prejudiced, but not racist.
I would add that Japanese and South Koreans (but not North Koreans) belong to the White Western aligned countries and so therefore they enjoy privilege and social power. This means that South Koreans and Japanese are able to be racist, and certainly when a South Korean or Japanese shows off their culture, it has an oppressive and racist overtone, similar to when White supremacists do it. In contrast, Chinese are not able to be racist due to being stigmatised and not having any sociological privileges, in fact, they receive the opposite of privilege. Please think for yourself and read around these topics because I am sick to death explaining these things to people who simply cannot be bothered to use their brains.
Think of the power dynamics locally, nationally and internationally within societies between all these cultural groups, then you will understand why I, as a Chinese person, cannot be racist to non-Chinese and any act that I do cannot technically be considered acts of supremacy given that I'm from a stigmatised and discriminated cultural group.
