Hello, When using Amazon prime video and other streaming apps the sound stops going to my Bluetooth headphones. Seems like without headphones it's working well, but when the headphones are connected, the sound disappears sometimes. If the headphones got disconnected, then the playback would stop or it would use the loudspeaker. None of that happens. Using Duolingo sometimes I can't hear the recited sentences and words. The "completed" sound is still present, but that's all. Please help Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the Internet References: forums.oneplus.netStartup Launch Video

What are you watching on amazon prime? It could be the format of the sound isn't reaching the bluetooth speakers

I got it, when you disconnect the bluetooth you are supposed to get back your speakers am I right but you said that didn't happen so it is something with a software problem. I think you have to reinstall your computer without any sound card functionality and this way the digital sound will reach your bluetooth absolutely with no problems.
