Yes, I copied it off this thread from anthroscape. Northeast Asian as defined by the OP (Japanese/Korean/Chinese) It was started by some Arab/Yemen guy and I'm only posting it for fun. Since there aren't many active "NorthEast Asians" there to respond and make that thread entertaining I decided to see your response to the funny thread here. Basically, most there felt that we thought of them as 'superior' people in beauty, culture, appearances

Personally, I can only answer from a Chinese perspective and that is that most Chinese don't think much about Central Asians. Thus, they are neither seen as inferior nor superior. In terms of culture, I'm sure some Chinese have an interest but many Central Asians are included in China's ethnic minorities. Therefore, most Chinese are able to learn enough about their cultures by exploring their own country.

To be honest it's not aesthetics which were important in the grand scheme of things in China because Chinese were more about the code of brotherhood. If you had a good code then you were honored and tied into the civilization otherwise you were seen as barbaric and inferior. Mongols were seen as inferior and barbaric despite being more militarily successful during the build up towards Yuan but were ultimately inferior in terms of the code of brotherhood and so had to be ousted. Bear in mind that they put Han Chinese on a hierarchy which put them at a disadvantage compared to several others which had problems with China.

As an ethnic and cultural Chinese person I can say we don't really take much notice about them, they never come up in conversations, they're mostly unremarkable (no offense).
Many Central Asian countries are in the SCO and OBOR projects, so China is investing in them.

Very good answers. I think almost all Chinese think more or less the same. The only ones who have some interest tend to be interested in or working in history/anthropology fields. That's why I find that website and those discussions from mostly Arabs and other Middle Easterners really funny. I notice that Malay, West and South Asians just seem to love talking about Chinese and how we think and feel. They tend to use their own complexes as well. I mean, come on: "because I noticed east asians always measure beauty as a whole with bigger eyes, sharper nose, lighter skin, etc which is more common in central asia than east asia "
What they're thinking is so obvious you can literally smell it. East Asians find West Asian/Middle Eastern/North African features superior to their own. They're substituting Central Asians with themselves of course. Personally, I don't find Central Asians very similar to Arabs and other MENAs possible exceptions being Turkmens, Azeris, Tajiks, etc. If I had to choose between the two, I definitely prefer Central Asians aesthetically compared to MENAs (even those Central Asians that look somewhat like them)

I don't even know what their original ancestral origin consists of to be honest.
