It's the same problem with the high cheekbones classification.  Sometimes it's not high at all as in the vertical placement but are just prominent relative to the rest of the surface of the face.

So actually the surgeries don't make the Asian person look any more fundamentally attractive or different in terms of associated perceived traits like more intelligence or friendliness.  The superficial addition just alters the face so slightly like adding in about 5-10 percent of caucasoid blood.
