I think there is something missing but I don't know exactly what it is.  Mostly I think it's because they have a really rough lifestyle and it's reflected in their average lifespan.  A lot of it will have to do with not balanced nutrition, disease, injury, posture (due to not sleeping on a foam mattress), in essence a lot of things we take for granted.
