It has been said the official definition of cyberpunk is the the subculture of a lawless oppressive society dominated by tech or something like that. I think steampunk might be something akin to that but with more emphasis on the kind of technology which is situated in the Victorian era. I wonder if there are more punk genres.

Seapunk but that's more of a meme rather than an established classic in literature and gaming and the like.
