This for example is not low cheekbones but not high either. Paul Kaulitz, featured in the video, is seen smiling throughout and his slight figure and gaunt cheeks all but betray that he really has high cheekbones or is it low. His face is really forward projected where the teeth, chin, nose, and nose bridge all align in this forward position that pulls the rest of the cheekbone forward from a higher position of zygomatic.

Oh yes I understand what you mean now. It's like if my face was made out of say pizza dough and I sort of grabbed my nose and pulled it across a horizontal plane it would conceal where my actual cheekbone positions lie.

Would you say his cheekbones are New York pizza or more of a Chicago deep dish pizza, and with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms?

What you just said about the nose focuses the key role that it performs in obtaining a higher or lower cheekbone look. So if I grabbed my nose and pushed it in on the same horizontal plane I would obtain a higher cheekbone look. I'm saying that this is all a possibility but I'm confident that if you look closely at what happens, like your pizza dough analogy, we'll see the exact results that we are guessing at.

Would you say his cheekbones are New York pizza or more of a Chicago deep dish pizza, and with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms? Caucasians are more prone to wrinkles so that would make him thin crust. There is less collagen (flour) so when he uses his nose or upper mandibles to pull his face (dough) across a horizontal plane it produces a thin and not very elastic effect that appears somewhat hollow which could also account for the sunken eyes look in the Caucasian craniofacial configuration. This also conceals the zygomatic structures. Someone with Chicago or deep pan pizza style would have a puffier face because the dough is chubbier or thicker in texture. It's like yes you can still stretch the face across a horizontal plane via the nose and jaw to conceal the cheekbones but what happens is more of the saggy booby cheekbone effect. That's due to the thicker skin (dough) and subcutaneous fat (cheese and tomato). So basically Asians are more likely to be Chicago style thick dough while Caucasians are more likely to be thin crust measly dough style and intermediate is everything else. The point LA branch wants to get across though is the protrusion of the nose and jaw to give the appearance of medium set cheekbones

Oh so do you mean people with flatter nose or jaw may have a higher cheekbone look because the pizza dough smushes everything back in such a way that the cheekbones appear closer to the eyes.

Yes how they do that relative to themselves is by smushing it back so to speak. I remember there was a high cheekbone woman you shared about getting surgery and suddenly her facial features were forward projected more. Her cheekbones transitioned lower and her overall face became shorter. So she got a nose bridge projection which pulled her skin forward and concealed cheekbone shape. I think she also got vertical jaw reduction which was quite radical. So it's like a reversal. For her to get her higher cheekbone look again she basically has to smush it back.
