On Saturday, Chelsea stunned Manchester City in a 1-0 victory in the Champions League final at the Estádio do Dragão stadium in Porto.
Kai Hevertz netted the winner for the west London team with a stellar goal just before half time, with a tense 45 minutes following that saw Chelsea hold onto their lead before the final whistle sealed their victory.

Also able to toast the occasion was Chelsea's billionaire owner Roman Abramovich - who flew out to Portugal to watch the game and was seen embracing a group of players as they went up to collect their medals.
Thomas Tuchel, who lead the club to their historic winner, only took over as manager in January after Frank Lampard was sacked, and unsurprisingly has since signed a long-term contract to stay with the club.
