 - PAX3 codes for nasion position
- SUPT3H / RUNX2 codes for nose bridge breadth
- DCHS2 codes for nose tip angle, columella inclination, and nose protrusion
- PAX1 and GLI3 codes for nose wing breath
It also seems that EDAR codes for chin protrusion, and lip shape or extent of lip parting (bunny / horsecore). Mutant forms produce different effects.

The only one that 23andme had genotyped is rs12644248 Columella inclination. I got TT
Does that mean I don't have pig nose? What do they mean by inclination

I thought edar made the mice have smaller mandible and more rotund heads? Why does the picture show the expansion of the mandible for east asian?

It's the mutant / variant form of EDAR that caused smaller mandible and rotund head. The CGI pic is trying to show chin protrusion rather than size of jaw, it doesn't do a very good job at conveying it though lol |
